Engineering Director – London & Scale-Up

Eucalyptus seeks a senior engineering leader to unify two organisations in London, managing 35 engineers across two teams and 6–8 direct reports. You will partner with UK leaders and operate with distance to Sydney and US teams.

You will drive architectural decisions, mentor managers, and recruit effectively while aligning engineering with commercial goals. This role requires strong technical grounding and remote collaboration across time zones.
