Online Order Picker – Early Shifts & Customer Support

Sainsbury’s Longwater Store in Norwich is hiring an Online Assistant on a permanent part-time basis (16 hours per week). Early shift hours start around 04:00 with duties centred on picking online orders for doorstep delivery and assisting with home deliveries.

You will handle customer questions, plan routes with a handheld device, and work across the store to ensure accurate order processing while maintaining high service standards.
