Bristol Family Engagement & Operations Lead

Babyzone Bristol is seeking an Operations Officer to ensure smooth delivery days, including set-up, front-of-house duties, and safeguarding. Reporting to the Head of Babyzone, you will coordinate space layouts, welcome families, and support volunteers to create a welcoming, safe environment.

This part-time, term-time role runs on Fridays (8:15am – 3:00pm) with flexible patterns and benefits such as pension contributions for eligible staff. Start August/September 2026 as Babyzone Bristol opens.
