IT Help Desk Analyst Onsite with Training and Growth

Parking Network BV in Uxbridge is seeking an IT 1st Line Support Analyst to join our service desk. This onsite role offers structured exposure to real-world systems, users, and support processes.

You will be the first point of contact for IT queries, logging and resolving incidents, assisting with AD, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft 365, and ensuring customer-focused support within SLAs. The role works five days out of seven on a rota, with shifts from early to late, and up to £26,000 per annum
