Belfast – Initial 23 Year Project – Generous Package

We are working with a specialist contractor to appoint a Civil / Site Engineer for a major project at Belfast Docks. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with 23 years site experience to join a busy team and gain exposure to a long-term civil engineering scheme.

Key duties will include:

• Support daily site engineering activities and work closely with the site management team.
• Maintain accurate records for labour, plant, materials, progress and subcontractor activity.
• Prepare and update health and safety paperwork and site documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractors and help ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
• Carry out site measurements for services, drainage, excavation and earthworks.
• Assist with GPS surveys, variations, site instructions and quality file sign-off.

What we are looking for:

• 23 years experience in a Civil / Site Engineer or similar site-based role.
• Experience on civil engineering, infrastructure, drainage, earthworks or utilities projects.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications and site documentation.
• Strong record-keeping, communication and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of construction health and safety requirements.
• CSCS card or relevant site certification is desirable.
