Seasonal Shop Manager for Christmas Charity Retail

C2 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a hands-on Shop Manager for a temporary Christmas season in Newbury. You will lead a small team of volunteers, deliver excellent customer service and drive sales in a charity-focused shop, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations during peak trading.

Responsibility includes roster planning, stock maintenance, EPOS and cash handling, plus promoting the shop locally in coordination with the Regional Manager.
