Beverage Operations Lead (Shift Supervisor)

heytea is seeking a shift supervisor to oversee beverage preparation and ensure quality and consistency across all drinks. You will coordinate staff during busy periods, train new teammates, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in bubble tea, café, or hospitality settings is preferred, with leadership skills and good communication. Must have the right to work in the UK and be able to maintain high service standards.
