Overview

As Corporate Partner, you will lead and grow a high-impact M&A practice within a leading global law firm. You’ll work within the City, leveraging the firm’s global footprint to expand client relationships and deliver strategic deals. The role combines senior leadership with business development to accelerate growth and profitability. You are expected to shape the practice, mentor teams, and contribute to the firm’s ambitious expansion plans. This opportunity offers significant earning potential for a partner with an entrepreneurial mindset and a track record in private and/or public M&A.

Responsibilities

• lead and develop the corporate/M&A practice in London
• drive business development and client acquisition
• manage complex private and/or public M&A deals
