Independence Enablement Officer (Adult Social Care)

Sutton Council is seeking an Enabling Independence Officer (Adult Social Care) to work in the Cheam Locality Team. You will support adults to maintain independence, wellbeing and choice, working alongside Social Workers and other professionals to complete Care Act Assessments and Reviews.

The role is a 12-month fixed-term, part-time position (15 hours/week) based in Sutton with hybrid working arrangements. A positive, person-centred approach is essential.
