Responsibilities
- Advise on defamation, privacy, confidentiality, harassment, data protection, and reputation management; manage media crisis responses
- Handle matters from pre-action strategy through litigation and ADR
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas for integrated advice
- Contribute to business development and mentor junior lawyers
- Deliver commercially focused and strategic guidance to high-profile clients
Key requirements
- 6+ years’ PQE in litigation
- Strong litigation experience from a respected practice
- Experience in media litigation or reputation management is advantageous
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and client-facing confidence
- Sound judgement, resilience, emotional intelligence, proactive in client relationships and business development
