Senior Customer Service Advisor

We are looking to recruit a Senior Customer Service Advisor to oversee and coordinate the activities of the Orkney Aggregates to ensure that customers receive the best possible service.

Ideally you will maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with customers.

Our ideal candidate is a problem solver, an excellent communicator, and has a deep understanding of outstanding customer service.

The duties and responsibilities of a Customer Service Supervisor include:

• Training and mentoring new hires and providing ongoing training for all staff
• Handling customer complaints and queries
• Assessing the team’s performance and providing constructive feedback
• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and queries
• Communicating with other departments to resolve customer enquiries
• Creating and implementing strategies to improve the quality of customer service
• Stock control
