You will operate under highly regarded partners, manage your own caseload, and deliver strong client care. The position combines expertise in clinical negligence with meaningful casework across adults and children, contributing to the firm’s growth in this specialist field. Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload in clinical negligence/serious injury matters
• Advise adults and children with brain, spinal cord, or other serious injuries
• Handle fatal accident work with the team
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide high standards of client care
• Collaborate with L500-rated partners and the wider team

Key requirements

• 3 years+ PQE in clinical negligence / serious injury
• Ability to build strong working relationships
