Salesforce Training Content Creator

Overview

In this role you will convert approved processes into learner-friendly eLearning content for the OneCRM programme. You will author Highspot-ready modules and build persona-based learning journeys in collaboration with the Lead Trainer and Process SMEs. You’ll develop job aids and quick references, ensure instructional standards, and prepare assets for handoff to the Highspot Platform Team. You will support content QA, maintain version control, and contribute to a high-quality enablement experience that supports change and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Convert approved processes into concise, learner-focused content
• Author Highspot-ready eLearning modules
• Create persona-based learning journeys and modular assets
• Develop job aids, quick references, checklists, and supporting learner materials
• Collaborate with Lead Trainer and SMEs to ensure technical accuracy and consistency
• Incorporate screenshots and system examples when build is stable
• Maintain source traceability and version control
• Address SME review feedback and package assets for Highspot Platform Team
• Support content QA and publishing validation

Key requirements

• eLearning or digital learning content development experience
• Excellent business writing and content simplification skills
• Experience turning complex process information into learner-friendly content
• Familiarity with LMS / enablement platform content standards
• Strong PowerPoint and document authoring capability
• Highspot authoring experience desirable
• CRM / Salesforce programme experience desirable
