Elite Women’s Athlete Wellbeing & Education Coordinator

West Ham United Football Club is seeking a Female Athlete Wellbeing Coordinator to lead holistic wellbeing support for the Women’s First Team. This role focuses on mental, social, education and career development, with ongoing safeguarding and DBS requirements.

You will collaborate with the Women’s Head of Safeguarding and Wellbeing and a multidisciplinary team to deliver mentoring, wellbeing programmes, and life-skills training, while maintaining confidentiality and league-standard practices.
