Hotel Duty Manager – Lead Shifts & Guest Care

Whitbread in Cirencester is recruiting for a Duty Manager at the Cirencester Town Centre Premier Inn. This is a permanent, full-time role with 24 guaranteed hours per week and an hourly rate of up to £13.86.

You will lead shifts, support the team, assist guests and keep the hotel running smoothly across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant. Ideal candidates have experience leading people in busy customer-facing environments, enjoy solving problems, and aim to progress within the hotel
