UX Designer

Overview

In this role you will shape user experiences across research, design, documentation and testing within a cross-functional team. You convert requirements into practical product features while upholding high visual standards. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions. The position sits in our London office with a hybrid work model, offering opportunities to influence enterprise UX at MRI’s PropTech platform.

Responsibilities

• Design interfaces and flows using iterative methods aligned with user research and requirements discovery
• Create personas, user stories, prototypes, wireframes, interaction specs
• Conduct ad-hoc usability tests and report findings
• Facilitate design reviews to advocate for user needs with stakeholders
• Collaborate with development to align designs with platform capabilities within Agile
• Develop and maintain UI guidelines and visual standards
• Identify opportunities for product or feature enhancements
• Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and user preferences
• Iterate designs to meet evolving user needs

Key requirements

• Proven experience leading UX for complex enterprise or B2B products
• Player/coach mindset with mentoring while remaining hands-on
• Strong cross-functional partnership with Product and Engineering
• Experience coordinating work across multiple designers or initiatives while maintaining UX quality
