Overview

In this fixed-term role you will manage end-to-end payroll for Ireland and provide support for payroll across countries, including the UK. You will collaborate with payroll vendors, HR, and Finance to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing. You’ll contribute to payroll system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements, while supporting employees with payroll queries. The position offers growth in international payroll within a collaborative, flexible environment at DLL. This opportunity centers on delivering compliant payroll and supporting broader payroll initiatives across regions.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end payroll processing for Ireland and payroll support for other countries (e.g., UK)
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with local statutory requirements
  • Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
  • Support internal and external audits with proper documentation and reporting
  • Assist in payroll system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements
  • Provide timely assistance to employees on payroll-related queries

Key requirements

  • Well experienced in Ireland payroll and local legislation
  • Experience with UK payroll and/or international payroll operations is a preference
  • Familiarity with GDPR and data protection best practices
  • Experience in a complex, international organization
  • Known to payroll tools of suppliers like ADP
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong plus
  • Location UK based
  • Strong planning, organizational, and results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn new tools
