Placements Officer – Supported Housing & Youth Pathways

YMCA Derbyshire is seeking a proactive Housing Management team member to ensure residents can thrive in safe spaces and progress toward independence. You will manage referrals, assess needs and coordinate placements within Young Persons and Supported Housing pathways.

Collaborate with local authorities, leaving care and probation partners while upholding a person-centred approach and strong safeguarding standards. A driving licence and access to a car is essential to fulfil duties.
