Implementation Consultant – Fintech KYC

Overview

In this role you will implement software products for a global fintech client, working closely with the London MD and enjoying a high level of autonomy. You will tackle complex financial risk data and KYC projects within a hosted SaaS environment, contributing to end-to-end delivery across planning, configuration, testing, and support. Your work will help scale services and maintain high delivery standards for data management and risk solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to shape customer implementations in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial firm.

Responsibilities

• Implement software products in hosted/cloud environments
• Participate in all phases of the software delivery cycle (planning, installation, configuration, testing, documentation, training, support)
• Perform customization analysis and develop recommendations to meet client needs
• Use batch processes to integrate products into client processes
• Use application programming to integrate products into client systems as needed

Key requirements

• Min 4 years commercial experience
• Solid experience of Software Implementation in a hosted environment
• A technical, mathematic or scientific degree
• SQL
• Ideally ability to read OO code (C++, C#, Java) or XML
