Senior Housing & Residents Services Lead

ExtraCare Charitable Trust in Bristol is recruiting a Senior Housing Support to deliver an efficient and caring enhanced housing management service at Stoke Gifford Retirement Village. You will support residents with tenancy duties, safety checks, repairs coordination and supervise Housing Support Assistants.

The ideal candidate has housing management experience, strong communication, and staff supervision skills, and is CIH Level 2 certified or willing to work towards it.
