Overview

In this Learning Partner role, you will drive consistent, high‑quality learning across the Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire & Oxfordshire region. You’ll shape induction and ongoing development for store teams and managers, partnering with stores and regional leaders to embed a strong learning culture in a fast‑paced retail environment. You enable colleagues to grow by guiding development conversations, applying data‑driven insights, and coordinating learning delivery. This role supports inclusion, operational excellence and transformational store initiatives, making a measurable impact on performance and employee experience. Responsibilities

  • Deploy learning across the region to ensure a high‑quality experience for all colleagues
  • Partner with training stores to shape induction and learning programmes for managers
  • Collaborate with Regional Store Directors, Area Managers and People teams to ensure consistent onboarding and development opportunities
  • Use data and feedback to evaluate learning impact and identify performance improvements
  • Coach and challenge store leaders to strengthen people processes and drive high performance
  • Contribute to regional people activity and transformational projects such as store openings, closures and refreshes
  • Support a self‑serve learning culture and consistency across the area

Key requirements

  • Track record of relationship‑building with colleagues at all levels in a fast‑paced retail setting
  • Experience in communicating clearly and guiding groups or supporting learning, with training provided as needed
  • Ability to follow processes accurately and deploy learning and people activities across multiple stores
  • Strong organisational skills and capacity to manage multiple priorities regionally
  • Experience using insights/data to understand performance or identify improvement opportunities
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a regional team and share best practices
  • Willingness to travel to multiple store locations weekly
