Emergency Department Junior Sister – Patient Care Lead

Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust is seeking an experienced ED nurse to assist in the day-to-day running of the Emergency Department and lead a nursing team under supervision. You will provide nursing assessment, care and treatment to ED patients and coordinate care within the department.

Ideal candidates will have post-registration ED experience, strong clinical knowledge, and be committed to NHS developments in emergency care with clear team leadership and documentation responsibilities.
