Engineering Team Leader – Bristol (4-on 4-off)

Hunter Selection is recruiting an Engineering Team Leader for a Bristol-based manufacturing business. You will lead a team of engineers on shift, oversee planned maintenance and drive continuous improvement to maximise equipment reliability and production output.

You’ll be stepping into a leadership role, mentoring engineers, ensuring safety and compliance, and working closely with the Maintenance & Engineering Manager to improve site performance and delivery on your shift pattern.
