Overview
In this role you will ensure accurate management and controlled distribution of project information for complex engineering and construction projects across the UK. You will work with project managers, engineers, designers, subcontractors and clients to maintain the integrity of data in the Common Data Environment (Dalux) and support efficient project delivery. You’ll contribute to continuous improvement of information management and document control processes. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a clear impact on project outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project documentation within Dalux, ensuring accuracy, version control, compliance and accessibility
- Coordinate review, approval and distribution of drawings and technical documents across multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain document registers, metadata and project records to support lifecycle information management
- Provide guidance and support on document control processes and effective use of the CDE
- Support audits and contribute to continuous improvement of information management processes
Key requirements
- Previous experience as a Document Controller or Project Administrator within construction, engineering or infrastructure
- Experience using Dalux or another Common Data Environment (CDE) platform
- Understanding of document control principles, engineering documentation and information management processes
- Awareness of BS EN ISO 19650 Information Management principles and willingness to work towards Competency and Certification (Concepsys)
- Strong organisational, communication and Microsoft Office skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships across project teams
