Overview
In this role you will lead HR strategy and partnership for the UK & Ireland, guiding people initiatives across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll align local practice with global HR policy while supporting the London Global Capability Center. You will coach leaders, drive culture and transformation, and ensure compliant, high-quality people programs. This is a hands‑on, strategic HR leadership role with global reach and local impact, offering opportunities to shape our people agenda in a fast‑moving dermatology business.

Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to deliver the HR strategy and align people initiatives with business objectives
- Collaborate with HR Shared Services and Global Centres of Excellence to ensure consistent HR services and embed global policies locally
- Coach and develop leaders in performance management, talent, engagement and organizational change
- Lead local implementation of global HR initiatives (culture, talent, performance, development, total rewards)
- Lead and support organizational change and business transformation
- Ensure compliance with UK & Ireland employment legislation, HR governance, reporting, and policies
- Build relationships with the global HR community to improve processes and solutions
- Promote clear HR policies and standards to support management decisions
Key requirements
- Extensive experience in a Senior HR business partner role in an international/matrix environment, ideally in healthcare or consumer goods
- Proven track record in managing ER matters with win/win outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights
- Excellent project planning, organization, prioritization, and resilience under pressure
- Ability to alternate between strategic partnership and hands-on operations
- Process-minded, detail-focused with solution orientation
- Passion or prior experience in talent management
- Excellent knowledge of Social Security and Labor Law
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
