Community-Driven Retail Assistant (Part-Time)

Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Member in Walton-on-Thames. You will join a friendly team in a busy store, helping customers and supporting daily operations, including stocking shelves and tills. Training is provided and you’ll have opportunities to promote Co-op Membership as part of community engagement.

The role involves opening shifts, early mornings to early afternoons, Monday to Friday, with overtime available. Local store duties may include post office, bakery, or online order support.
