Customer-Facing Shop Assistant – Food & Service Pro

Ottolenghi is hiring for a customer-focused retail assistant at our Spitalfields shop in east London. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, handle transactions, maintain displays, and support stock rotation with high standards.

We value a warm, proactive approach, prior retail or hospitality experience, and a passion for food. Training is provided, along with staff meals, discount, and a collaborative, creative team environment in a fast-paced setting.
