Resident Liaison Specialist – Long-Term, Local Travel

A Tenant Liaison Officer is required in Grimsby, with occasional travel to Boston. You will engage with residents to support the site team delivering kitchen and bathroom replacements, new windows and doors, and full central heating systems, including efficient boilers and air source heat pumps.

Ideal candidates have experience in Social Housing or transferable skills, plus strong communication and IT skills to manage resident inquiries and documentation.
