Guest Experience Front Desk Specialist (Events)

Hales Group is seeking a professional Receptionist for an established venue in Yoxford. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handle check-ins and front desk duties, and ensure a warm, efficient welcome across events and daily activity.

We require experience in reception or customer service, confident communication, strong organisation, and the ability to stay calm in a busy environment. Flexible to work early mornings, evenings and weekends on a 5-day rota.
