Community Older Adults Social Worker – Flexible Hours

Caritas Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our Community Older Peoples team in Solihull. You will assess needs, develop tailored care plans, and advocate for access to services to help older residents thrive in their communities.

The ideal candidate holds a recognized Social Work qualification and is registered with Social Work England, with experience with older adults, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases.
