Travel Operations & Service Specialist

Corpay is seeking a Customer Service – Operations specialist for GBR to support day-to-day processing of service requests, transactions, and workflow updates in line with established procedures. You will help ensure timely handling of customer needs by monitoring queues and schedules.

You will document operational activities, assist with reporting and data collection, escalate issues per protocol, and ensure compliance with service standards.
