Traveling Regional Admin & Finance Lead

Barchester Healthcare is seeking an experienced Administrator with a strong financial background to support a number of homes across a region. In this role you will ensure income and outgoings are recorded accurately and provide HR guidance to the General Manager and home staff.

You’ll work with the Regional Director to determine where support is needed, supervise the administration team, manage payroll for home staff, and promote a warm, professional environment for residents and staff.
