EMEA Corporate Governance Paralegal — Board & Filings

Major, Lindsey and Africa are working with a leading US-headquartered technology company to recruit an EMEA-based Corporate Paralegal for a six-month assignment. The role is largely autonomous and suits someone with governance experience who works with boards and other stakeholders.

In this position you will support the governance lifecycle, handle entity data recording and filings, collate documentation, and provide practical support to the wider business to resolve inquiries.
