Retail Jeweller is seeking a head of retail & wholesale to lead stores across the UK and Ireland from its London HQ, driving growth, protecting brand positioning and ensuring commercial excellence across channels.

You will own the P&L, develop and execute annual business plans, and manage budgets while leading a high-performing team. You will collaborate with Marketing, Finance, HR and Logistics to align with global strategy and enhance customer experience and brand exposure.
