Chef Needed – Stretford
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Chef to work with a leading airline catering provider in Stretford. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality in-flight meals while ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
Shift patterns:* Regular roster of 4 on 2 off shift* Shifts: 06:00-14:00, 08:00-16:00, and 10:00-18:00
Pay rates:* 14.90 GBP hourly* Overtime
Essential requirements for Chef Needed:* Educated to GSE or ‘O’ levels* Significant experience of volume cooking in a hotel, restaurant, or airline environment* Proven ability to work to tight deadlines
Desirable requirements for Chef Needed:* Basic Food hygiene training or certification* Recognised City & Guilds qualification or NVQ Level 2 for a Chef* Good verbal and written communication skills in English* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team* Ability to work unsupervised using own initiative* Basic computer skills and high attention to detail
