Senior Planning Enforcement & Compliance Officer

London Borough of Bexley is seeking a Planning Enforcement Officer to manage a high caseload from receipt to resolution. You will investigate breaches of planning control, negotiate solutions, and serve formal notices where required.

The role also involves preparing appeal cases, ensuring compliance, and contributing to project work while reporting to the Planning Enforcement Manager. This permanent, office-based post expects CPD and RTPI/RICS readiness.
