Retail Store Lead: Customer Experience & KPIs

OKA is seeking a full-time Assistant Store Manager for the OKA Outlet in Bicester. You will support leadership of the retail team, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service across in-store and phone channels.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will coach staff, manage KPI performance and oversee store operations, stock, and visuals while championing OKA’s brands and services for a vibrant shopping experience.
