Deputy MLRO – AML & Sanctions Leader (Hybrid, Surrey)

CBC Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer for a Surrey-based hybrid role with a well established bank in vendor and equipment finance. You will work closely with the Head of Compliance, deputise for the MLRO, and lead a small team of compliance staff to fight money laundering and terrorist financing.

The role requires strong knowledge of AML/TF regulation, FCA obligations and JMLSG guidance, with responsibility for policy implementation and escalation
