one of our banking client is looking for an experienced IAM Delivery Lead to join a major enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation programme. You’ll lead the delivery of multiple IAM/IGA workstreams, working with technology, cybersecurity, and business teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Location: Hybrid – Sheffield (up to 3 days per week) Contract: Initial contract until 30th November 2026
What you’ll do
- Lead IAM/IGA project delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Manage plans, risks, dependencies, and project reporting.
- Work closely with technical teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
- Drive Agile delivery using JIRA and Confluence.
- Remove blockers and keep projects on track.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience delivering IAM or IGA projects.
- Strong Delivery Lead or Technical Project Management experience.
- Good understanding of IAM, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud, and infrastructure.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments using JIRA and Confluence.
Desirable: PRINCE2/PMP, Scrum Master experience, and a background in Cyber Security or Financial Services.
