ABR Talent is helping a PE-backed Regulatory Technology business recruit a Senior Customer Success Leader in the UK. You will lead two CS Managers, own strategy for a scaled CS function, and drive commercial outcomes across a £4-5M ARR portfolio.

You’ll engage in executive conversations, coach your team, and partner with Account Management to maximise retention and expansion. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role requiring gravitas and data-driven decision making.
