We’re recruiting on behalf of a busy manufacturing client for Paint Plant Operatives to join their production team. This is a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced paint/powder coating line, finishing aluminium parts to a high standard. Flexible shift patterns are available.

As a Paint Plant Operatives, you will be responsible for:

• Hanging aluminium parts onto the line and managing colour changes between parts
• Cleaning booths and preparing parts (pre-treatment, taping, bunging) between colour processes
• Finishing products to a high standard, matching the Golden Sample
• Checking visual aids before completing each process
• Identifying quality issues that may require re‑tapping
• Preparing and packing finished parts ready for despatch
• Keeping your work area safe, tidy and compliant with Health & Safety standards
• Working closely with your Line Supervisor and reporting any issues as needed

The ideal candidate will be:

• Previous experience on a paint plant or with powder coating (preferred)
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Flexible and adaptable to changing demands
• Willing to undertake relevant training
• Good time management, with the initiative to work independently as part of a team
