PR Consultant – Real Estate

Overview

As a senior PR Consultant in real estate, you will provide strategic communications guidance to senior clients and shape corporate and property PR strategies. You’ll collaborate with leaders in the built environment to navigate complex comms challenges and grow reputations. You will lead national media engagement, secure quality coverage, and act as a trusted adviser while overseeing accounts and junior team members. This role offers the chance to move beyond press-office work and become a strategic adviser to senior figures in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic communications advice to senior clients
• Develop and deliver corporate and real-estate PR strategies
• Build compelling stories around businesses, developments and industry issues
• Lead national media engagement and secure high-quality coverage
• Manage senior client relationships and act as a trusted adviser
• Oversee accounts, campaigns and junior team members
• Contribute ideas and insight to new-business opportunities

Key requirements

• Strong knowledge of real estate and the built environment
• Proven strategic advisory experience
• Established relationships with national journalists
• Excellent track record of securing meaningful national media coverage
• Strong writing, messaging and issues-management skills
• Confidence to advise senior executives and challenge clients
• Agency experience at Senior Account Manager or Account Director level
