EMEA Corporate Governance Paralegal — Board‑Focused, Fast-Paced

Major, Lindsey and Africa are recruiting an EMEA-based Corporate Paralegal for a 6-month contract. The role is largely autonomous and suits someone with governance experience who routinely works with boards and stakeholders.

You will support the governance lifecycle, manage entity data and filings, and collate relevant documents while assisting the wider business to resolve inquiries. Immediate start is preferred.
