Overview

In this role you will lead demand generation and membership growth for IMRG, shaping the marketing strategy and growth plan. You’ll create integrated campaigns across channels, test what works, and turn insights into actionable demand. You’ll collaborate with the commercial team to define qualified leads and build nurture programs that move prospects through the funnel. This is a data-driven, growth-focused position within a dynamic events and communities business, offering the opportunity to influence both revenue and member engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Create integrated campaigns across email, content, social, and webinars to move prospects from awareness to conversion
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to define criteria for qualified leads and deliver them
  • Continuously test messaging, audiences, and channels; keep what works and discard what doesn’t
  • Build nurture sequences to advance prospects through the funnel
  • Develop an annual growth-focused marketing plan to boost membership and revenue
  • Identify new audience segments and map acquisition journeys
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities within IMRG’s product suite
  • Turn data insights into demand by working with analysts and content experts to generate lead-gen campaigns and sales materials
  • Develop data-led social content and thought leadership from IMRG’s data to enhance brand visibility
  • Maintain year-round community engagement through events, webinars, reports, and initiatives
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, website conversions, engagement metrics, and marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue

Key requirements

  • Background in demand generation, growth marketing, or B2B lead generation (Marketing Manager level or equivalent)
  • Proven track record running integrated digital campaigns
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and conversion funnels
  • Comfortable with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience essential) and marketing automation
  • Event experience is a bonus, not a requirement
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Strong copywriting and messaging
  • Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities
