About you
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA) or equivalent
- Solid experience with IFRS and GAAP standards
- Background in managing multi-jurisdictional finance teams and global stakeholder relationships
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A proactive approach to process improvement and standardisation
What you’ll do
- Lead the delivery of finance services ensuring quality and compliance
- Oversee reconciliations and audit processes across multiple regions
- Drive consistency and controls in global financial operations
- Manage and develop a diverse team, ensuring effective resource utilisation
