Store Department Manager — Lead Team, Drive Sales

H&M Camberley is seeking a Department Manager for a permanent role based in-store. The position requires 39 hours per week with 7 days flexibility, including weekends. You will lead the department team, ensure excellent customer experience, and contribute to a data-driven approach to improve sales and stock levels.

You will recruit and develop staff while maintaining an inclusive culture, collaborate with area teams, and align store performance with company goals.
