Teaching Assistants – Leeds

Overview

As Teaching Assistant in Leeds, you support pupils’ learning, development and wellbeing across primary and secondary settings. You work with individuals and small groups, reinforce learning, and provide targeted support for SEND pupils. You help pupils develop communication, confidence and independence while fostering a positive, inclusive classroom. You collaborate with teachers and school staff to create a safe, engaging learning environment and contribute to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing. This role offers a meaningful chance to impact students’ progress in a collaborative Leeds schools network.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils during lessons and classroom activities
• Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning
