Weekend Library Enquiries Advisor

Lancaster University Library is seeking a Library Service Advisor to join our Library User Services team. The role will respond to enquiries in person and online, supporting students, staff, researchers and community members, delivering frontline customer service across Library opening hours.

You will work within a supportive team, communicating confidently with colleagues and external contacts to maintain an outstanding study environment.
