We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support a lovely SEN school in the Dartford area.As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers to support pupils in the classroom, helping to create a positive, safe and engaging learning environment. You may work with individual pupils, small groups or support the wider class.
Key Responsibilities:Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activitiesWorking one-to-one with pupils or in small groupsHelping pupils with their learning, development and confidenceSupporting children with additional needs, including SENDEncouraging positive behaviour and participationAssisting with classroom preparation and resourcesHelping to maintain a safe, inclusive and positive learning environmentBuilding positive relationships with pupils, teachers and school staffWorking Hours:The standard working day is
8:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday , during term time.

Previous experience working with children, in schools, nurseries, youth work or similar settings would be beneficial, but we welcome applications from candidates who are looking to begin a career in education.
