Senior PMO – Major Food & Beverage Client

Overview

In this PMO leadership role, you will guide program governance and delivery across enterprise initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to standardise processes and improve performance. You’ll drive capital project oversight, risk and issue management, and the adoption of best practices to ensure successful outcomes. The position emphasizes collaboration with internal pillars and external partners, leveraging digital tools for transparent reporting. This is a chance to shape global PMO standards and support strategic portfolio decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide program and project execution oversight and ensure adherence to processes and tools
• Facilitate capital meetings, coordinate minutes, manage issues/risks/decisions and project pipeline
• Drive process improvement initiatives and integrate procedures within project plans
• Coordinate with internal pillars and stakeholders to align delivery expectations
• Support content development, share best practices, and drive lessons learned across leadership
• Standardize project execution and guide consistent PM methodologies
• Optimize digital tools to enhance productivity, reporting, and decision-making
• Establish and maintain relationships across the organisation and with clients
• Support development of reports, onboarding processes for local PMs, and the PMO playbook (CoE)
• Manage reporting updates for self-delivered and partner-delivered projects and pipeline
• Support EPM Lead with data consolidation and portfolio-level decision-making
• Contribute updates for bi-weekly WIP reporting and close-out activities

Key requirements

• 5+ years in PMO, project coordination or programme management
• Experience with large corporate clients in real estate, construction, workplace or professional services
• Advanced Excel and Power BI reporting capability
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
• Experience with senior stakeholders and executive teams
• Excellent attention to detail and multi-priority management
• Strong understanding of project governance, controls and reporting
